Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

This Regulation defines the rules of the Forum (hereinafter referred to as the "Forum"), available at https://GameCore.top/.
Any person who accepts the terms of this Regulation can be a Forum User (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Using the Forum is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.

II. Conditions for Using the Forum

To use the Forum, the User must register by providing accurate and current information, including a unique login and email address.
The User undertakes to use the Forum in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union.
The User undertakes to respect the rights of other Users and third parties, including copyright, property rights, and personal rights.
The User is fully responsible for the content published on the Forum.
The Administrator reserves the right to modify, delete, or block access to content that is inconsistent with these Regulations or applicable law.
The User undertakes not to publish advertising content without the prior consent of the Administrator.
Each Forum User is allowed to have one account. Creating additional accounts is prohibited.

Creating additional accounts or possessing multiple accounts on the Forum will result in a warning, and the additional accounts will be deleted. In the case of repeated violation, the User may be blocked for a period determined by the Administrator.

If a User forgets the password to their account, they should use the "Forgot Password" option or contact the Administrator to regain access to the account.

The User may withdraw from the Forum account at any time by deleting the account or reporting this fact to the Administrator. Deleting the account is tantamount to deleting all associated data (such as posts, private messages, etc.).

The Administrator reserves the right to delete the User's account in case of a breach of the Regulations or in other justified cases, such as hacking attempts or spamming.

The account name on the Forum cannot contain profanities, offensive words, pornographic or racist content. The Forum User should choose an account name in a manner that does not violate the Regulations and norms of good manners.

In case it is found that the account name violates the rules of the Regulations, Administrators may require the User to change the account name. In case of refusal to change the account name or repeated violation of the rules set forth in the Regulations, the User's account may be blocked or permanently deleted.

III. Personal Data Protection

The Administrator of Users' personal data is the Forum Administrator.
Personal data of Users are processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws from 2018, item 1000) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 2016 119.1).
The User has the right to request access to their personal data, correction, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

IV. Liability of the Administrator and Users

The Administrator is not responsible for the content published by Users but will make every effort to respond promptly to reports of content violating these Regulations or applicable laws.
The Administrator is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Forum by Users or third parties.
The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Forum or its flawless operation.
The User undertakes to repair any damage caused to other Users or third parties as a result of their actions on the Forum and to exempt the Administrator from liability related to these damages.

V. Complaint Procedure

The User has the right to file complaints concerning the operation of the Forum.
Complaints should be sent to the Administrator's email address: [email protected]
The Administrator undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the day of its receipt and to inform the User about the outcome of the proceedings.

Publishing pornographic content.

Impersonating other Users.

The User receives a certain number of warning points for each violation of the Regulations. In case of collecting 3 warning points, the User's account will be blocked for 7 days, and in case of collecting 6 warning points, the account will be blocked for 30 days. In case of collecting 9 warning points, the account will be permanently blocked. Warnings are valid for 6 months from their imposition.

VII. Changes to the Regulations

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations.
Changes to the Regulations come into effect from the moment they are published on the Forum website.
The User undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Regulations. Use of the Forum after the introduction of changes is tantamount to accepting them.

VIII. Final Provisions

The Administration has the right to punish the User for inappropriate behavior, even if it is not explicitly prohibited in the Regulations.

In case of a breach of the Regulations or applicable laws, the Administration may apply appropriate penalties, such as a warning, temporary or permanent account blocking, deletion of content or the User's account, and also take legal action.

The Administration is not obliged to provide reasons for their decisions. The decisions of the Administrator and Forum Administration are final and not subject to discussion.

Forum Users should comply with norms of good manners, applicable laws in European Union, and the Forum Regulations.

In case of doubts concerning the interpretation of the Regulations, the User may contact the Administration to obtain clarification.

The Regulations come into effect on August 15, 2023.
