The system works as follows, normally the belt max suction is standard 25, when you make the belt's suction 25, you will increase the level of the belt with the Belt Bonus Booster.

Note
It does not go down from the current level (level 3 does not drop to 2 or 1 etc.).
It does not level up when the suction value of the belt is not max.( it needs to reach the max suction value at its current level).
The level increases gradually (it can only be raised to 2 from level 1. it does not go from level 1 to level 3 or 5 etc.).
It cannot reach its current level again (for example: if it is level 1; you cannot use the item you used to make it level 1 on the same belt again).
When combining belts, the belt you put on the bottom cannot be a leveled belt (I put this obstacle so that you do not accidentally lose your leveled belt).
